Blend: Sangiovese 100%

Vineyard: From vineyards of Villa Bibbiani, Treggiaia and Pulignano. The Sangiovese grapes are selected from the freshest, most sandy and loose terrains that give Villa Bibbiani rosé its typical scent and elegance.

Vinification: After meticulous manual harvesting, the grapes are introduced by gravity into stainless steel tanks where the must remains in contact with the skins for about four hours to acquire the right color and enrich itself with aromatic components. Subsequently, the must is separated from the skins and transferred to an amphora. Here, after fermentation, it ages on fine lees for about 5 months..

Maturation and ageing: five months in amphora on fine lees..

Tasting notes: Flora IGT has an elegant pink colour. On the nose, fragrant notes of small red fruits make up the bouquet along with light hints of citrus and floral notes. The mouthfeel is fresh and vibrant with a deep and persistent finish. The palate is crisp and vibrant with a deep and persistent finish. Great minerality.
