Villa Bibbiani conveys all its love for the land and its products also in the cultivation of olives in an area as suited as Tuscany. The production of extra virgin olive oil in Tuscany is part of the history, culture, and local tradition.

Varieties in Production

The varieties present are typical Tuscan cultivars such as Leccino, Frantoio, and Moraiolo. Each year we celebrate the olive harvest by selecting the best plants, depending on the year, and processing them on the same day to ensure the highest quality of olive oil.
