Vinification: A pure Sangiovese, elegant and able to enhance great dishes. Fantastic with meats, intriguing with sauces and truffles. It goes without saying that this wine forms the perfect pairing with typical cured meats and traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Maturation an ageing: rest for eight months in French oak barriques. Six months of aging in large 25 hectolitre barrels, also in French oak, follow.
Tasting notes: A wise Sangiovese, planted in 1968. a Sangiovese that expresses all its elegance and territoriality, which knows this territory well. a deep and soft wine, with a rich aromatic bouquet that seduces from the first to the last sip.
