Vinification: The grapes are manually collected, with double sorting of the bunches in the field and in the cellar. Introduced into steel tanks through gravity, after 4 hours of contact with the skins to reach the right colour, the juice is fermented separately with controlled low temperature. After around 15 days of fermentation, it ages 6 months on nobles lees to complex and develop itself.
Maturation an ageing: 6 months in steel tanks.
Tasting notes: Flora IGT has an elegant pink onion colour. On the nose, fragrant notes of small red fruits make up the scent of bouquet along with light hints of citrus and floral notes. The palate is crisp and vibrant with a deep and persistent finish.
