Love for the land and its products is reflected in Villa Bibbiani and also in the cultivation of olive trees in an area where already in the early 19th century it is said that the plants of “olive trees and the most exquisite vines” prospered. On the other hand, the production of extra virgin olive oil in Tuscany is part of its history, culture and local tradition and you can’t forget Villa Bibbiani.
In addition to the estate’s five thousand olive trees we have an two thousand specimen olive grove near Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo and one of the most suggestive and fascinating areas of the Florentine province.
